Directions: Rand Mcnally is a great way to print out local maps of the
area or to get driving directions while looking for properties if
your not familiar with the area. It also has an array of other
publications for sale.

Online is a great source of information for all investors alike. It
has a specialty blend of creative investing mixed with articles and
many other great ideas. Much can be learned by taking the time to
fully experience this site.
Foreclosure & Hud: Whether your an investor or a savvy buyer
looking for a great deal when purchasing a home. Chances
are, US Hud should have something appealing. All the
Foreclosures and Hud properties are listed here and is great for

LoopNet was founded in 1995. It's a listing database for all types
of commercial property anywhere in the country. It has become
one of the internet's largest commercial property databases.

LandLording: If you are
new to investing and have recently purchased or are thinking of
purchasing your first rental property. This is the site for you.
Great article and many related links to get all the landlording
information that you will need to become a great success at a very
difficult task. Please feel free to check this site

VA School Info: If you
would like to investigate the different schools in our area, this is
a great site for you. It covers all grades fro K-12 and offers lots
of information on the different districts. Compare the schools and
receive newsletters each month.
City & Crime Statistics: This site is great because not only does it give
general population size to cities, but also gives you crime
statistics, education, economy and much more. Definitely check into
this one, it goes nation wide and is a great tool when your thinking
of relocating.
Virginia
Pilot: The Virginia Pilot is our
local paper and is a great source of information. You can check out
properties that are for sale or even foreclosure posts. A must have
link for every great website.
Virginia Beach flood zone &
Aicuz noise maps: Research the area your thinking of purchasing in
to make sure your not in a potential flood or aircraft noise zone.
Flood insurance can be very expensive and not all love Jet Noise. Be
on the safe side and check your locations and be one step
ahead.
Virginia Beach city info: This is a great site if you want to find out some
specifics on Virginia Beach. This site offers everything from Real
Estate Assessments to places of interest to governmental affairs.
One of the best and most intuitive sites that Virginia Beach has. A
must see.
Buyer's & Seller's
tips: This is a new site
that I have created that gives helpful advice on whether your
looking to buy or sell. It also gives school reports, offers a
mortgage calculator, and you can even search homes directly from
this site.
Find a
contractor: If you need a
contractor for a rehab project or just tired of the ones that are
working for you, I go here to find them. It usually helps you locate
3 or 4 different contractors to compare with. Great tool for
building your real estate
